Many collectors and investors of soccer cards and stickers prefer SGC because of the nice(r) design of the slabs and the very tough and harsh grading. If you compare pop reports and spread of grades for the same cards you will usually see a significantly higher percentage of cards graded 10 by PSA (or Beckett) than graded 10 by SGC. Of course we have not seen the specific submitted cards and all the details of the grading process behind, but one might at least get the impression that SGC grades in many cases are tougher and more harsh and rigorous than other companies grades.Just our thoughts and observations... Many collectors and investors prefer SGC because of the design and quality of the slabs, but also because of the very strict and sometimes (too) hard grading. The former is a mat.
