It has an on/off button and volume button. It does have 2 chrome looking nuts on it but 2 are missing and 1 of the 2 falls off easily. Some super glue would hold it on easily and you could fine 2 more at any hardware store. There is a crack in the plastic on the back. It does have minor scuffs and scratches from normal wear and tear.
